Description:
Paisley has spent years carefully learning how to live as a giantess—demolishing buildings by day, holding her tiny husband without hurting him by night. When a dying fan writes to ask for one last thing, she is forced to decide what she is willing to become for someone who has almost no time left.
Elliot Marsh does not want a photo or an autograph. He wants to spend his final hours with the woman whose size has kept him company through years of illness, and he wants her to be the one who ends it. Paisley has never chosen something so permanent. With Reid beside her, she agrees only to meet him first. What follows is quiet, careful, and far more intimate than she expected—hours of being held, touched, and trusted by a man who has already decided how he wants his story to finish.
(giantess, tiny man, gentle vore, mouth play, size difference, emotional intimacy, terminal request, soft giantess)

“You can walk around if you want,” she said. “I won’t let you fall.”
Elliot took a careful step across her palm, then another. Her skin gave slightly under his weight, warm and alive. He moved to the base of her thumb and steadied himself against it. Paisley watched him with an expression that was hard to read—part concentration, part something softer.
She brought her other hand up and let the tip of one finger rest lightly against his back, a steadying presence. “How does it feel?”
“Big,” he said, and a small surprised laugh escaped him. “In the best way.”
She carried him higher, closer to her face. Her breath moved across him in warm, even waves. When she spoke, the sound vibrated through her hand and into his feet. “You can touch my face if you want. Just be careful around my eyes.”
Elliot reached out, his hand looking impossibly small against the curve of her cheek. He rested his palm there for a moment, feeling the faint movement of muscle when she almost-smiled. She turned her head slightly so that her mouth was nearer. The soft pink of her lips filled his vision.
“You’re being very gentle,” he said.
“I promised fun,” she answered. “Not fear.”
She shifted him again, this time settling him in the hollow of her collarbone where the shirt left her skin bare. The space was warm and faintly scented with her. He could feel the slow, powerful beat of her heart through the bone. Paisley stayed still, letting him exist there without pressure. Reid watched from the sofa but said nothing.
After a while she spoke again, voice low. “I’m going to take the shirt off. You can stay where you are or move. Your choice.”
Elliot climbed down into her waiting hand so she could pull the shirt over her head. She wore nothing underneath. The soft weight of her breasts settled as the fabric left them. She set him back against her sternum, higher this time, so he could see the full shape of her if he wanted.
Paisley was quiet while he looked. There was no performance in it—just the simple fact of her body offered without demand. When he reached out and rested both hands against the upper curve of one breast, she only breathed a little deeper. The skin was soft, the warmth startling. He felt the faint tremor of her heartbeat under his palms.
“You can be closer,” she said.
