One of the drawbacks to having such a nice, spacious house was the height of the cabinets. Beth dragged her kitchen stepladder around to at least three rooms because she couldn’t even reach her baking supplies. She’d tried to put them all around the counter or inside the bottom cabinets but that left the place a little too cluttered for her liking. As she looked out the window and found Janice sitting on the porch, she realized that this would be the last month she’d see her neighbor. Janice would be heading down to Florida soon, to live with her granddaughter. Beth was determined to bake her a cake as a goodbye.

Baking was one of the joys of Beth’s life because it was one of the few things she could control in her environment. She was short—not even five feet tall—and felt inferior to almost everyone around her. And although she had an amazing job and an amazing life and home to go with it, she loathed every minute of her daily life. Her boss made work a living hell from nine to five, and on most days Beth questioned if her comfortable lifestyle was worth all the anxiety brought on by Amanda and her tirades.

Beth was a gorgeous girl—long, red locks that flowed across her small breasts, but she had a shapely ass that made men turn to look. She was what her mother would call “cute” but nothing special. Most of the men (and women) in her life favored size over anything. It didn’t matter that she had an outstanding butt, and it didn’t matter that her features were so striking. What people saw when they looked at Beth was a short, childlike woman who didn’t exude any sort of sexuality. It was both frustrating and upsetting at the same time.

And then there was Amanda.

She’d played college basketball because anytime she was in a room full of coworkers, she made sure to mention it. This was hardly a surprise because the blond beauty stood at a towering seven feet tall.
