Valentina stepped off the small wooden boat onto the planks of the jetty and felt the island settle around her, humid and sticky. Palm fronds whispered overhead and the air smelled of salt and something richer—sun-heated skin and the faint, coppery undertone of recent play.

Cordula climbed out behind her, taller by nearly a head, straw-blond hair already lifting in the sea breeze. The bigger woman's amazonian shoulders and full breasts filled the white tank she wore for travel; the fabric strained across muscle and soft flesh. She stretched, vertebrae cracking, and grinned down at Valentina.

"Still think this place is too quiet for us?"

Valentina's green eyes swept the shoreline. A group of local women—dark-skinned, long-limbed, most of them topless—lay on woven mats beneath a stand of palms.

"Quiet?" Valentina adjusted the turquoise bikini top she had already changed into on the boat.

Medium-large breasts settled comfortably into the fabric. "I think we're going to be very busy."

They followed a sandy path inland to the only lodging that had space—a low, open-sided building of dark wood and thatch, six bedrooms arranged around a central courtyard. Hammocks hung between posts and ocean views framed every doorway. The proprietor, a smiling woman with a heavy gold ring through one nipple, handed them keys and gestured toward the lagoon.

"Pool and beach are that way. Shop's just past the first stand of palms if you need anything . . . fresh."

Valentina recognized the pale faces and soft curly hair at once. Frans. The same strain that had populated Belle's kitchens and the spa resorts. Imported, cloned, and turned loose on an island that had long since finished with its original male population.

Cordula leaned over the counter, blue eyes bright. One of the tinies looked up, saw the shadow of her cleavage and went instantly hard. Cordula laughed, low and pleased.

"They're already offering."

They changed fully in their room—Valentina into the turquoise bikini that left her sporty, olive-skinned body almost bare, Cordula into a scrap of gold fabric that barely contained her heavier breasts. Then they headed for the beach.

The path wound between palms and flowering shrubs. More local women lounged in the shade, and Valentina felt heat pool low in her belly. Cordula's hand brushed the small of her back, possessive and warm.

"Shop first?" Cordula murmured. "I want to see what else they sell."

Valentina nodded, already smiling. The women were happy, hungry, and horny. The little men were frightened and aroused, and only existed to keep them that way.

They turned toward the stand of palms where a painted sign promised everything a visitor could possibly need . . .
